Elia Frapolli
Elia Frapolli, today an independent tourism consultant, held the position of director of Ticino Tourism between 2012 and 2019, promoting the well-known Swiss destination in the south of the Alps throughout the world. He was born in 1981 and his educational curriculum boasts a Bachelor’s Degree in Economic Sciences and a Master’s Degree in Economics and Communication Sciences, with a specialization in International Tourism. From 2008 to 2012, he was the owner of his own tourism consultancy company, carrying out feasibility studies and business plans with specialist skills in marketing and innovative forms of management. In parallel, he has dedicated himself to the management, as a case study, of a small mountain hotel in the picturesque village of Bosco Gurin. He previously worked in the field of winter tourism as director of the Airolo ski lift facilities. Luca Staderini
Luca Staderini, employed as a consultant in the tourism and hotel industry, has a Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management in his educational background, obtained in 2017 at the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL). During his studies in Lausanne, Luca worked both in operations in hotels in Switzerland and abroad, such as at the prestigious Hotel Hassler in Rome, and in management at the EMEA headquarters in Brussels of the American hotel chain Starwood Hotels & Resorts as an analyst in the development department. From 2017 to 2022 he worked as Senior Analyst for the American hotel real estate consulting firm CBRE Hotels in the Milan offices in the Advisory and Development Services department. Luca is a certified CHIA (Certification in Hospitality Industry Analytics) consultant.
