Tourism feasibility study
The historic "Guglielmo Tell" accommodation facility in Gordevio, strategically positioned on the main road axis running through the Maggia Valley, has provided refreshment over the years to generations of tourists and travellers, becoming a kind of symbol in the area. Today, the building, although a testimony to an interesting past, has been in disuse for several years and is in need of major renovation and repositioning to allow it to continue to be a symbol of quality and hospitality in the Maggia Valley.
Elia Frapolli Consulenza e Turismo provided the necessary tools to assess the feasibility of a project to renovate and reposition the structure for tourism.
